Tickets
Visitors with disabilities can book a ticket for a carer or companion free of charge for regular Museum Admission (Friday-Sunday, 11:00-16:00).
Blue Badge parking
There are a number of Blue Badge parking spaces available on Bow Street, subject to availability.

Entrance
The main entrance to the Museum includes one small step up from street level, and four medium sized steps up into the Museum’s main gallery. Each step measures approximately 15 cm in height.
Step-free entrance
Step-free access is via the main entrance of the NoMad London Hotel. Please see map below for our step-free route into the Museum.
A member of the NoMad London Hotel team will be happy to guide you. Please show your email booking confirmation as proof of admission, if asked.

Cells
Our experience includes seven original 19th century police cells, which some wheelchair users may find difficult to access.
The approximate dimensions of the cells and cell corridor at the narrowest point of their width measure;
- Corridor: 102 cm
- Cell doors / entry: 73 cm
- Drunk tank entry: 69 cm
- Inside cells: 110 cm
Objects on display inside Cell 3 may be difficult for some visitors to view. Printed images, and a transcript of the object labels are available to visitors if required.
Audio-Visual exhibits
Written transcripts, including large print versions, of all our audio / visual displays are available for visitors who need it.
Visual story
For those who would like a photographic guide to our facilities, we can provide a Visual Story, including a sensory map, ahead of your visit.
Induction Loop
An Induction Loop is located at our reception desk.
Toilets
An accessible toilet is located next to our reception desk.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome in all parts of the Museum.
BSL Tours
We hold BSL tours through the year or if you are visiting with a group can arrange a tour with our BSL Tour Guide. Please contact the Museum team for information.
